How it works

The Knowable Me panel is made up of more than 1200 people who bring lived experience of navigating everyday products, services, and systems. They include people with disability, neurodivergence, family, carers, and other unique humans.

Participants share insight based on what actually happens in their lives and are paid for their time.

Who is this sprint for?

This sprint is deliberately focused. That’s what makes it useful.

This is for you if:

  • You’re making a decision and want grounded input from real people.
  • You want to test an assumption before investing more time or money.
  • You want a safe way to ask questions you’re not quite ready to ask publicly.

This isn't for you if:

  • You need to recruit a very specific type of participant.
  • You need results that have a multi-level demographic breakdown.
  • Your question requires people to navigate to somewhere else.

Don't worry... we can still help you though.

What questions can I ask?

Each Monthly Insight Sprint includes up to two questions.

We recommend asking one quantitative question followed by one qualitative question.
The quantitative question helps you understand what people do, think, or experience. The qualitative question helps you understand why.

Together, they give you clarity that’s useful — not just interesting.

Choosing your quantitative question

Your quantitative question should be simple and easy to answer. It’s not about precision for precision’s sake — it’s about spotting patterns.

Common formats that work well include:

  • Rating scales (for example, 1–5 or 1–10)
  • Yes / No questions
  • A or B choices
  • Short option lists where people select what best fits their experience

If you’re unsure how to structure this, we’ll help refine it so it works within the sprint.

Your qualitative question

Your qualitative question is where people explain their experience in their own words.

This is often where the most valuable insight comes from — the context, the friction, and the things organisations rarely hear unless they ask directly.
